Hospice by the Sea, Inc. held its 22nd annual signature event,

Celebration by the Sea.

For the fourth consecutive year, this highly anticipated oceanfront event was  held at the exclusive Delray Beach Club, 2001 South Ocean Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33483 

We introduced two fun new additions to this year's event:

During our premier silent auction, bidders used a technology provided by BidPal.  These handheld devices similar to a cell phone contained a catalogue of the auction items at your fingertips.  Your BidPal allowed you to bid or donate from anywhere at any time while the auction was open.  You no longer had to stop dining and dancing to bid on your favorite items.  Your BidPal alerted you when you had been outbid and you could enter another bid right where you were!  When the auction closed, your device alerted you to the prizes you won!

We also added a "Balloon Pop for a Prize" to the event for the first time ever!  Guest were guaranteed to win a prize with every "pop"!

Attendees were treated to gourmet waterfront dining, fine wines, premier craft beers, and dancing to live music of The Will Bridges Band and The Atlantis International Party Band. 

This exciting evening has SOLD OUT each year, and more than 500 guests attended in support of Hospice by the Sea's programs and services for patients and families in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
